Valerie Adams is a New Zealand shot putter and she is my favourite sport person because she is such a good person and she has holed the record of the best shot put in NZ.
Valerie Adams is a true superstar, isn't she? She holds the New Zealand shot putting record and is one of the most celebrated New Zealand Olympians of all times. Did you know that she has three Olympic medals already? She's earned two gold medals and one silver medal. She's also won four Commonwealth Games medals. Wow!
