I think it is not fair, because women should have a right to do things that men do so everyone can be treated equaly and treated fairly. back then women didn't get the opportunity to show people that they are more then pretty looks, when they know they could do big thing in life.

I agree with you. It isn't fair and I think it's important to be fair. I'm glad that women in New Zealand are able to vote and have been able to vote for many years now. We can do big things in life! Can you think of any New Zealand women who have done big things?
I wonder what you think about New Zealand being the first country to let women vote. How does that make you feel? I know it makes me feel proud to be a New Zealander.
