Archbasilica of St. John Lateran

Archbasilica of St. John Lateran
You can find this amazing construction at Piazza di S. Giovanni in Laterano, 4, 00184 Roma RM, Italy.
Archbasilica of St. John Lateran was built I think sometime in the nineties. (the information I could not find)
To make this very fine work took many hours, day, week, months and years. (the information I could not find)

  1. Hi Pupuke,

    Me again!
What a great choice of building! It looks incredible!
I think you may be a little off with your dates, so I've found this website:

    https://www.rome.info/basilicas/st-john-lateran/

Can you find out what date it was built on this site?

It would have taken lots and lots of years to build this and if you look on the website I have linked, you can see that it had to be re-built a few times as well!

I went to Italy a few years ago and got to see this building. It is more incredible in real like than it is in the pictures!

I look forward to reading more of your blog.
    Cheers,
    Ruby.
