Making A Sponge At Tech

Today Room 12 had tech at Tamaki College. My group had cooking. The fist instruction that we given was to mix three eggs with one cup of sugar. Not long after that we had to mix the mixture till it was a creamy.

After that we had to add in one full cup of S.R.flour and mix till nice and creamy. We had to put in our mixture into a baking tin and put into the oven at 150 degrees.
