Hi Pupuke and welcome to the Summer Learning Journey programme. It is wonderful to see that you've joined us this year!!
I really enjoyed reading your blog post about your family. It sounds like you have a really big family! I only have one sister so things are usually very quiet around my house, although we both have children which makes things a bit noisier! My sister, Leigh, has two children (Ella and Grayson). I actually saw them this morning on the computer as my son (Aronui) and I skyped with Leigh and her family. They live in Canada!
When we were skyping Leigh told me that is -30 degrees in Canada today. Yikes! They also have about 3 feet of snow on the ground. Can you imagine having snow in your yard to play with? My niece, Ella, is going to make a snowman and show angel in her yard today!
I am really happy that you've joined the journey this year, Pupuke. I am looking forward to blogging with you over the break!
